Thor Björnsson's preparation for the boxing match and Iceland's Strongest Man 2020

Less than a week to go until the biggest strogman race in Iceland this year - Iceland´s Strongest Man 2020. One of the best strongmen in the world, Thor Björnsson, will also take part in this event and if he can win again this year, he will win his tenth Iceland's Strongest Man title.

In the Czech Republic, the fight for the strongest Czech man took place on 26.7.2020 in Golčov Jeníkov, which Čestmír Šíma managed to win for the fourth time.

This time we have a video in which Thor trains loglift, giant one-hand, additional exercises and at the end of the video you can watch boxing sparring with Thor's trainer - Skuli Armannsson. Why boxing sparring? Since Thor has agreed to the offer of a boxing match with Eddie Hall, he has no choice but to do boxing training as well.
