Thor Björnsson trains loglift for Iceland's Strongest Man 2020

If everything works out as it should, then on 8.8.2020 the race for the strongest men of Iceland 2020 will take place. And it is on this day that Thor Björnsson plans to win his 10th Iceland's Strongest Man title. So not only did he take first place at the 2020 Arnold Strongman Classic this year and set a new world record in deadlifting with a 501 kg performance, but he may also win the coveted 10th title of Iceland's strongest man.

In the video, Thor does loglifts, then one-arm presses on the incline bench, and the rest of the workout was additional work on the back (pulley pulls) and shoulders (pull-ups).

BjörgvinPáll Gústavsson was invited to join the training, and as a breathing instructor he taught Thor exactly how to breathe properly through his nose during the exercises.
