In this article, we'll look at how to properly exercise your chest and shoulder areas so you can proudly show off an attractive physique and achieve your fitness goals. Get ready to be inspired on how to achieve muscle symmetry and an aesthetic that will impress everyone!

In order to successfully gain muscle, you need to follow a few basic principles:

  1. You must exercise at a high enough intensity - you will exercise with a weight that is heavy for you, but that you can lift properly.-
  2. You must exercise with a high enough frequency - you should exercise your muscles at least twice a week.
  3. You need to eat enough calories - you try to eat far more calories than you burn.

This workout plan is inspired by Kai Green's workout plan. It is a combination of effective volume/strength training top/bottom along with push/pull/legs. It's simple, we'll train five times a week and the workout should fit into an hour and a half. We have two days a week to rest and recover. After we've done the top and bottom, it's a good idea to take a day off and then do more workouts. Then rest and then do it again. We should keep the training plan for at least twelve weeks and gradually try to increase the load at least a little bit.
