Tom Stoltman will try for the absolute record in "Atlas Stone" tomorrow! Watch online
Another attempt at a new world record? Yes. Tom Stoltman will try to break his world record in the Atlas Stones (273kg) tomorrow. He set it at the Arnold Strongman Classic 2020, which took place on March 5-8, 2020. Tom's brother Luke had planned to beat Zydrunas Savickas last Saturday, who has held the loglift record since 2015 with a 228kg performance. Unfortunately, Luk did not set a new record and Savickas still remains the world record holder in the log lift.
On the other hand, Thor Björnsson lifted 501kg on the deadlift and made his mark in the Guinness Book of World Records. The former record of 500kg was held by English strongman Eddie Hall, who does not recognise Björnsson's attempt at a new record as valid and the only way out is a boxing match!
