Derek Lunsford - workouts from the preparation for the premiere participation in Mr. Olympia #4

For some time now, we've been following 212 Olympia 2021 winner Derek Lunsford as he prepares for his debut appearance at Mr. Olympia, where he's heading thanks to a special invitation!

Although this will be his debut among heavyweights, he certainly cannot be considered an outsider. Even some of his opponents believe he has something to offer.

For example, Nick Walker, the fifth man in last year's Mr. Olympia, admits that Derek can beat him in the future.

Derek's fans are even convinced that this will happen at this year's Olympia, where, in their opinion, Derek will be fighting for a top 5 finish.

Maybe their visions are bold, maybe they will come true. Either way, we'll have to wait until mid-December, when this spectacular event is scheduled to take place. For now, we have another batch of his training videos for you.

But before we get to them, we'll quote the words Derek said in his latest Instagram post:

10 things I would say to my younger self:
1. Stay true to your convictions.
2. Experience as much as you can.
3. Learn as much as you can.
4. Take more risks.
5. Go your own way, don't just follow the trend.
6.Be present.
7. Don't sweat the small stuff.
8. Patience and perseverance win out.
9. Be kinder to yourself.
10. Treat every day as if it were your last.

And so now you can watch the promised batch of his other training videos on the road to Mr. Olympia 2022.

He added to the leg workout, which we offer for viewing below:

The leg training was on a completely different level during this year's preparation. In this new leg training video, I explain how Leg Day was the reason I started bodybuilding. You have to love leg training if you want to be a bodybuilder!
