Complete chest and back training | Work out your chest and back at the same time!
We have a new series of videos where Radim and I will show you how to set up a workout. In today's episode, we're going to look at one of the many chest and back combination workouts. This workout is always made up of three exercises per batch. We'll work out the chest first and then the back right after, so it's going to be quite challenging. The first exercise is always basic and we should try to put some weight in there as well, so it will be a bit of a strength workout. If you modify the workout to suit you and pick your other favourite exercises and you're comfortable with it, that'll be absolutely the best!
The workout is just an outline of what it could look like, so if a particular exercise or number of sets doesn't suit some of you, it's no problem to change and tweak the workout to suit yourself!
