Christmas Special - Healthy Cookies with bodybuilding.com - Episode 4 - RAFFAELLO BALLS

A few ingredients, ten minutes of work, a beautiful appearance and a great taste. What's today's episode about? Simple raffaello balls that anyone can make, in a minimum of time and effort. You'll love this recipe and you'll definitely be able to use it for other occasions than Christmas cookies. It's a treat that will impress any visitor! Enough chatter and let's get to the recipe.

INGREDIENCE:

For about 15 pieces:

50g coconut
70g almonds
50 - 100 ml milk
Half a scoop of vanilla protein

+ almonds inside and coconut for coating

PROCEDURE:

  • Put the coconut, almonds and a little milk in a blender
  • Let the "dough" process. Be careful not to make it too runny - rather just let it crumble! Less milk rather than more.
  • Finally, add vanilla protein (or a little sweetener of some kind)
  • Mix carefully.
  • Form the dough into balls.
  • Press an almond into the centre.
  • In the last step, just roll the balls in coconut.
  • Leave to set in the fridge.

P.s. They are really sinfully good! I'm sure one batch won't be enough. You can use this quick recipe to prepare treats for unexpected visitors, for a New Year's Eve table or for various celebrations.
