We have 5 tips for you to be more productive at work!
Most of us have to spend a large part of the day sitting at our desks.
Our bodies are stiff, our backs, cervical spine, and eyes are all stiff from looking at the computer all day, and last but not least, the ability to circulate lipase, an enzyme involved in breaking down fat in the body, is reduced (and we increase the risk of fat storage in our bodies.)
All of this has a negative impact on our bodies, both physically and mentally.
And this brings us to the crux of today's article - namely, "How to eat as well as possible during the working day", so that we feel fresh, fit, full of energy and free from any nightly forays to the fridge.

EAT MINDFULLY
Whether you're in a rush at work or not, always remember to eat mindfully. Why consciously? Because if you eat that baguette slowly in one mouthful, your body won't even notice that you've eaten and won't be satiated by it; in the worst case scenario, you won't eat anything all day, and when you finally sit down in the evening, you'll suddenly be so hungry and craving that you won't know what to reach for in the fridge first (and then you'll wonder where that little peak around your tummy came from again).
So make time to eat at work. That email can wait those 15 minutes.
There's also a little sub-point - prepare your food ahead of time. First of all, it won't force you to buy unnecessarily expensive and unhealthy food, and secondly, you'll relax for a while and recharge your batteries for the next half of the working day. You don't even have to spend too much time in the kitchen. Nobody wants you to cook Zdenek Pohlreich's culinary myths, but it's simple enough - quality ham, cheese, wholemeal bread, a piece of fruit, vegetables and you can go to work.
DON'T SKIP MEALS
By law, you are entitled to a lunch break, so don't be discouraged and use this half hour for yourself and your quality food. Try to make sure it contains everything your body needs that won't make you feel tired, like you're about to have a twenty, or unnecessarily bloated. It's important to get enough protein (meat, legumes, tofu, cheese,...),carbohydrates (whole grain bread, rice, potatoes,...) and healthy fats (nuts, olives, avocado seeds,...) and last but not least, enough fibre in the form of vegetables to keep you full.
Does cooking foods and supplements harm macronutrients? How much fibre do you take?
Eat preferably without your phone and leave the work stuff for later. It's important to feel and enjoy your food, especially without overindulging. Believe that once you start to notice that you are eating, you will subjectively feel more satiated and stop being driven by cravings.

COFFEE IS NOT ENOUGH
You can probably count how many cups of hot coffee you've had during the day. But now, hand on heart, if you also have a glass of plain water with your favourite cup...? When you add a glass of water to your natural kicker , not only will you be better able to stick to your drinking regime, but it will also prevent your body from dehydrating and you won't be tired, you won't be plagued by migraines and your concentration at work will improve.
DON'T FORGET TO MOVE
After sitting at your desk for half an hour, you can't even feel your back. So try getting up every half hour to stretch, walk and breathe. Do you have something to take to the second floor? Put your feet up and take it there yourself, without using the lift. On your way home, try getting off a few stops early to combine the pleasant with the useful. You'll get some fresh air, get your body warmed up, and you can do some shopping while you're at it.
GET ENOUGH SLEEP
Of course, we don't encourage you to get enough sleep during working hours ... save that for home. Go to bed so that you actually get about 6-8 hours of sleep. You will see that you will then work much better, be less tired, in turn more attentive with sharper reflexes.
