Kettlebell Method by Jiří Tkadlčík or how Jiří's new kettlebell class was created
Jiří has been training with kettlebells for a long time and has been guiding clients in individual training for the same amount of time. As a trainer, he draws on his experience from top sports and everyday work with people. In the new course, he translates his coaching methods into a clearly organized system to serve a wide audience and elite athletes.
How the project came about
The goal was simple, but challenging to process: to put together a comprehensive training system with an emphasis on technique and easy-to-understand interpretation. Each exercise has its own explanation, demonstration of execution and assistive variations to speed up learning the correct habits. The materials are structured in such a way that they can be practiced at home and in the gym and that one does not have to look up "what and how" outside the course. All in one place.

Exactly what you get
A clear plan + library of exercises. For each exercise there is a demonstration, explanation of technique and assisting exercises.
Course structure: Two phases (beginner/advanced), 8 weeks of training, max 60min lessons, 3-4 times a week. The goal is to push your technique and performance without overloading.
Content in numbers: 80+ videos, 25+ exercises, focusing on slow strength, fast strength, mobility, stability and chains (sets of exercises).
Who's it for
The course is ready for everyone:
- beginners who want to safely master the basics,
- time-poor people who need an effective plan for the home environment and the gym,
- athletes who want better overall performance and endurance,
- those who already train with kettlebells but want to make sure they are progressing technically correctly.
Good technique, proven by Jirka, is the first priority to make the training both effective and sustainable in the long term.
Train effectively and safely
Technique is fundamental and includes a whole range of "brakes" and checkpoints. Posture, stance, grip, breathing adjustment and rhythm of movement are among the main ones. In the course, the principles are explained for each exercise so that they can be easily translated into practice.
For slow strength, you will use Turkish Get-Ups (TGU), Side Presses, Cup Squats with Kettlebell and other exercises in which you will spend a lot of time under load. They will help you be stronger, more stable and more able to work under load.
For quick strength, the basics include the Swing, the Move and the Market, dynamic variations of the press, etc. These exercises will not only give you explosiveness, but also fitness and functionality in everyday life. The kettlebell allows you to exercise with natural movement, which will carry over into other physical activities - you will perform better in all other modalities and sports.
Mobility and stability are developed purposefully in the warm-up and supplemental stretches. Assistance exercises help you eliminate common mistakes before they become habitual. The point of all training is to have a clear plan and confidence in execution.
What will you get out of it
Practical strength, improved range of motion, a solid mid-body and increased confidence in kettlebell technique. This is how Jirka trains his clients and he now offers the same approach in the form of a complete system. Once purchased, you have everything in one place, clearly described in detail, and can refer back to it at any time.
