"I've reduced my doses of substances and I look much better," Bumstead gossiped about his recent cycle!
Anyone who is interested in fitness and bodybuilding knows the name Chris Bumstead very well, who is the best competitor in the classic physique division. He has dominated Olympia several times and it is obvious that he will want to score another valuable victory in this year's edition. Bumstead's current diet has around 5200 calories, 666 grams of carbohydrates, 156 grams of fat and 290 grams of protein. He also incorporates ice balls and sauna into his training to help with both recovery and, more importantly, inflammation.

In a recent video on his YouTube channel, Chris decided to talk about his cycle and doping substances. Bumstead doesn't talk much about these things publicly, so all the fans of this athlete were interested in what he would say specifically.
"My 'supplements' have been very low this year. I try not to give specific names and numbers because I don't like to talk about it, as people very often copy cycles and I don't want that to happen with me. However, the point I would like to make - getting the most out of the minimum is something all bodybuilders should strive for. I lowered my doseafter the Olympia and will start to increase it up a bit soon - as long as I stay healthy!
I want to put a lot of emphasis on the basic point and that is - HEALTH. Get a blood test and find a doctor who can help you do things as properly and efficiently as you can. Secondly, as a bodybuilder, do the basics before anything. Make sure your training and food are perfect before you add "supplements" because it's literally unnecessary. You're not going to get as much out of that shit as you are out of your workout, I've proven that to myself.
I stress that anyone getting into bodybuilding should focus on the basics and consistency of food and training before absolutely anything, because it all matters! If you want to use "supplements", wait until the last possible moment if you want to at all, because it can have lifelong negative effects on your fertility, your sex, your libido, your hormones, your skin, your acne, everything.
Do you want to win the Olympia?I don't thinkso, sorry. Very few people can do it, so the odds are really slim. Don't be idiots. If you love training, then go for other things like natural supplements. Bodybuilding is a potentially very dangerous sport and I think people should do this sport as safely and effectively as possible. If you don't have your health, you have nothing.
