Michal "Križo" Križánek crushes chest and shoulders 6 weeks before Empro Classic 2024

In the middle of June, the next edition of the local professional bodybuilding competition Empro Classic will take place in Alicante, Spain, where the Slovak colossus Michal "Križo" Križánek, who managed to dominate last year's edition, is also going to participate!

Below you can see Michal's chest and shoulder training, which took place six weeks before the defence of last year's championship.

Will he be able to repeat this success? If so, he will take part in the Mr. Olympia competition for the second time in a row, from where last year, in his first start at this spectacular competition, he brought home an absolutely great 7th place!

The Scitec Nutrition team member currently trains to train each part twice during the week, which does not include the lower limbs. He has them divided into forearms and glutes, and he trains each part once a week.
