Daughter of the US president, Ivanka Trump, boasts a six-pack
Ivanka Trump proves that fitness is not just a New Year's resolution for her - it's a lifestyle
Although Ivanka Trump is not part of the mainstream fitness community, her message of healthy living can have a significant impact on the general public. This is proven by her latest post, in which she makes it clear that fitness is not just a New Year's resolution for her - it's a lifestyle. So the 33-year-old businesswoman and "first daughter" of the US president, recently posted a selfie from the gym on her profile, in which she revealed her worked-out abs. With this move, she also inspired her fans to continue to stick to their health and fitness goals.
"Keeping a New Year's resolution isn't easy - only 23% of people make it after the first week. [I've gotten to this stage many times!]," she admitted in the photo caption. "But every day is a new opportunity to show up and stay committed. I feel stronger and more motivated as February starts - let's keep going! ?Strong body / strong mind!"
In the shot, Ivanka is dressed in a white sports bra, blue shorts and white trainers while lifting a 30kg barbell. She is beaming with confidence while going for a natural look: in the photo she is without make-up, with her blonde hair pulled back. Black sports gloves and earplugs complete the ensemble. This inspiring moment clearly shows that even though Ivanka does not come from a professional fitness background, she takes taking care of her body seriously - and her words can motivate many others not to give up.

Recently, Ivanka Trump was featured on The Skinny Confidential podcast, where she elaborated on her personal wellness philosophy
She revealed that although she enjoys working out, she prefers a variety of athletic activities.
"I've never been a person who likes to go to the gym," she admitted. "I prefer to keep fit by playing sports."
One of her newest interests is Brazilian jiu-jitsu, a discipline her family was introduced to by her 13-year-old daughter Arabella.
"It's good for everyone," Ivanka explained. "It's almost like movement meditation because the movements are so micro that it's like three-dimensional chess."
Her coach, Brockman, praised Ivanka's commitment to strength training and emphasized that her regimen focuses on functional strength and efficiency of movement.
Ivanka's last post serves as a reminder that consistency is key in fitness. Whether she's weightlifting, practicing jiu-jitsu or pursuing other sports, she continues to embrace an all-around, active lifestyle - and encourages her followers to do the same.
