Why shouldn't women be afraid of strength training?
There are still many myths that claim that strength training is unsuitable for women because they will "get muscular" or too muscular. But the truth is quite different. A woman's body responds to training differently than a man's, and without special supplements or hormonal interventions, you won't really become a bodybuilder. On the contrary - you'll get graceful curves, a toned physique and, above all, the strength to help you tackle everyday challenges.
