Snatch WARM UP by multiple Reebok CrossFit Games winner!

Warm up is a slang term forwarming up before a workout. It usually includes a set of exercises to warm up the joints or muscles that will be stressed during the workout. Warm ups can also be considered, with a slight exaggeration, a ritual during which the athlete not only physically but also mentally tunes up for their workout. This is probably the reason why most athletes will not agree on even such a simple activity as a warm up before training. We are all a little different and so we have to tune in to each other.

Check out what a SNATCH warm up looks like according to the two-time Reebok CrossFitGames 2017 and 2018 winner and 2016Olympics weightliftingparticipant.

Here is my go-to Snatch Warm that gets me mobile and ready Snatch every time. ??‍♀️ FYI I’m using my @roguefitness Barbell! ? - Perform 5 reps of every movement in this order: > Inch Worms > Snatch Grip (Behind the head) Press > Snatch Grip (Behind the head) Press in a Quarter Squat > Snatch Grip (Behind the head) Sots Press > Jumping Squats with barbell on back (continuous) > Ninja Squats on either side (ideally with the barbell on your back but you can take it off if you can not balance.) > Muscle Snatch from the Hang > Then perform what every Snatch your about to do. ? - & YOU READY TO GO! ??
