Killer leg workout by Chris Bumstead

Although the top competitors in the classic physique division are preparing for the 2022 Arnold Classic in early March, their king Chris Bumstead is focused on defending his three Mr. Olympia titles. The latter is scheduled to take place December 6-18, 2022 in Las Vegas. Chris took a well-deserved rest after last season, during which he tried things like yoga.

At the end of last year, Bumstead wanted to enter training for Mr. Olympia 2022, but that was thwarted by the covid he contracted. After his recovery, Chris was 28lbs lighter than his usual off-season weight. Bumstead stated that his body fat percentage was normal and so he had only lost muscle mass, which was a burden on his body.

Chris didn't start training for Olympia until the beginning of January. And in the video below you can watch his leg workout, which is the third one since the beginning of the preparation. In the video, Bumstead revealed that he has to pay close attention to warming up his knees, which he has started having a lot of problems with.
