Improve your strength performance with better body mobility!
Mobility is a neglected area of training in many cases, but it is essential for technically sound strength training! In today's article, we offer a list and execution of exercises that can help advanced athletes improve their performance.

Mobility training must be a priority
When someone tells you that mobility training doesn't matter - especially if they're of a certain age - they're not thinking through the implications. This is especially true for people who it's safe to say aren't very active.
Lots of sitting, poor posture, excess muscle mass, poor recovery and perhaps poor fitness can all play a part in not being able to move as well as you used to. Daily mobility training may seem superfluous, but it will pay you back many times over.
