Ronnie Coleman has been working on his drumming!

Although the legendary Ronnie Coleman hung up his racing swimsuit a while ago, that doesn't mean he's stopped loving exercise and bodybuilding. Everyone remembers Ronnie as the bodybuilder who pulled huge punches. And it was because of this that he was plagued by a myriad of injuries after his competitive career, which plagued him until recently.

But thanks to the stem cell treatment, Coleman's health has improved and he can exercise again. It is clear that he is no longer lifting the weights he did in his youth and the overall range of motion is only what his body will allow, but there is still a lot of positive information coming from this legend and he seems to be benefiting from his return to the weights.

"It's going pretty well. I work out six days a week now, about an hour, hour and a half a day, but I think it's because of the stem cell treatment. I've got a lot more energy than I used to have. So I've gained about 30 lbs. I went from 255 pounds to 285 pounds. I had to weigh myself about ten times to be sure. It's been a long time since I was that heavy.

"I'm starting to get back to normal a little bit. It's been a while since I've had surgery. You know, I've had thirteen surgeries in the last five years and I've even had three in one year. So I've always been in the hospital for a while. I had my last one in 2020."

Coleman confided that he has undergone thirteen surgeries in the past five years. At the same time, Ronnie revealed that even today he suffers from numbness and weakness. Despite his problems, he will always be considered one of the most dominant bodybuilders to walk the earth!

And just in the video below, you can check out the biceps workout that this former legendary bodybuilder recently posted on his Instagram. Ronnie Coleman performed 19 reps with his right hand and 20 reps with his left.
