Baked protein bars
Today I'm adding another recipe that is more of a snack recipe.
If you're craving something sweet to give you protein, try making your own bars. You can either choose unbaked protein bars (recipe), which are ready in two, or you can try baking with protein in the form of baked protein bars. Baked bars have a firmer texture and taste great as a quick snack. Just a few ingredients like oatmeal, protein powder and nuts, and you're done.
These are protein bars that are not at all complicated to prepare and take a really short time. You can vary the protein content as much as you like, depending on how much protein powder you add. The higher the concentration of protein per scoop, the better, of course. ALE!!!! Your protein must not be with Aspartame, because at high temperatures it breaks down and loses sweetness, creating not very beneficial substances for the body. I really like this recipe, every time I brought them, they disappeared immediately )
Ingredients for baked protein bars:
- 60g chopped or ground nuts
- 120g oatmeal
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 100ml milk (the amount of milk will depend on the "absorbency" of your protein and the amount)
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
- 4 scoops (1 scoop = 32g ) of protein (vanilla is the tastiest in these bars ) WITHOUT ASPARTAM!!!

Mixall these ingredients together. As with all batters, I recommend mixing all the dry ingredients first, then adding the milk and honey to the milk. Process everything to a mass that is neither too thin nor too thick.

Putthis mixture into a baking dish (size according to the desired height of the bars) which you have lined with baking paper. Place in an oven preheated to 175°C and bake for about 30-45 minutes. They will be ready when the surface of the dough is nicely brown.

Let cool, turn out and cut into bars of any size.
