Pavel Beran at postoperative training of back and rear delts
Pavel Beran, a Czech professional bodybuilder, member of Czech Virus team and EVLS Prague Pro team, said goodbye to his long-time coach Radek Neumann during last season and started cooperation with icon of this sport, world-renowned George Farah!
In addition, he struggled with some health issues last season, which may be somehow responsible for his setbacks. First, it was a quadriceps rupture that prevented him from getting the leg workout he needed, and because of that, his legs were significantly more delicate than his upper body. Fortunately, the rupture has healed, and his legs should be fine now, capable of full load.
The next injury then was a torn rotator cuff in his shoulder. This required surgery, which Pavel underwent earlier this year. At the same time, during a general examination, he discovered that he had a torn meniscus, and so this too was "repaired".
So now he has less than three months of recovery under his belt, and is slowly returning to training. You can watch his post-surgery back and rear delts training below, during which he gives you some very good advice.
