Nick Walker's offseason form and his footwork

In 2020, a young man named Nick Walker burst onto the professional bodybuilding scene by earning his pro card at the 2020 North American Championships. The following year, Nick proved his worth by winning some of the biggest and toughest competitions a bodybuilder can compete in - the Arnold Classic and the New York Pro. Thanks to his win in New York, Nick qualified for the Olympia, where he managed to get an incredible fifth place. This also makes this young man one of the best young bodybuilders in history, and if Walker works on his weaknesses, he can definitely think about the highest ranks.

After this tough year, Nick has announced that he will be competing at Olympia in 2022 so he can work on improving his physique. Below we can take a look at Walker's off-season form, which looks truly monstrous. It looks like Nick will be one of the bodybuilders who will attempt to rival two-time champion Big Ramy in the IFBB Pro League rankings.

One weakness Nick needs to work on is his legs. That's why he focused on his hamstrings in his recent workout. The workout consisted of the following exercises

  • Seated leg curls
  • Trap bar deadlifts
  • Lying leg curls
  • Hip thrusters
  • Weighted lunges

Watch the full video below to see Walker working out. Towards the end he even showed a good leg pump and it seems he's been working his hamstrings hard, as they already look better than they did at Olympia.
