Legendary Ronnie Coleman motivates to exercise even at 57 years old!
If we look at the history of bodybuilding and we wanted to single out among all those competitors those who ranked/ranked among the best, we would write a long list. However, even among the best, we can pick out those who really stood at the top of the sport and whose names almost everyone really knows. Ronnie Coleman, who managed to win eight gold medals at the Olympics, is one of them.
During his competitive career, he trained with really heavy weights that helped Coleman build a truly monstrous physique, but at the same time didn't do much for his overall health. After retiring from professional racing, Ronnie had to undergo many musculoskeletal surgeries, but despite this, he was always able to return to the gym to his beloved dumbbells and stretch his tired muscles a bit.
Ronnie Coleman in his youth

Ronnie doesn't train with any huge weights anymore, but you can still see the feeling of happiness on his face. In his glory days, this great former bodybuilder could squat two times 800lbs! When asked if he had any regrets, Ronnie replied:
If I had the chance to do it all over again, would I change anything? Yes - one thing. That time I squatted 800lbs. I would have done 4 reps instead of 2. That's my only regret in my career."
And it's because of inspirational people like Ronnie that we can soak up a good dose of motivation in our lives. Below you can check out two training videos Ronnie recently shared on his social media.
