Leg training in volume | Josef Květoň | ROAD TO PRO DEBUT #1

We bring you a new series of videos with Josef Květoně, who turned pro last year. After a long break he is back under the wing of Tomáš Bures to prepare for his first pro debut. Pepa works as a farmer and has to spend the summer with his work and family, so he always has a really long break, but he is all the more motivated to start training. He doesn't struggle at all. He has set his sights on one of the most prestigious races in the world and that is the New York PRO, where he will be among the fighters who compete at Olympia, so he has decided to chart his journey for you through us so you can follow his character development every month or keep you up to date with all sorts of things that are happening with him.

For the first video, he decided to show you how he trains his legs, which he says he now needs to work on and improve. His legs are split into forefoot training and rearfoot training to make his legs even more toned so he doesn't lose any weight.

He's some 129kg at the moment and will be staying in volume for a while, so we can look forward together to seeing what other muscles he'll put on. Who knows Pepa, knows that he doesn't make nuclear physics out of exercise and just totally destroys those muscles with a lot of weight. Enjoy this his first video and let us know if you like the idea of ROAD TO PRO DEBUT!
