Josef Květoň is slowly getting back to training!

You probably haven't seen much of Josef Květoň since he won the pro card at the 10X Ben Weider Pro Qualifier, but that's about to change! After a busy farming season, Pepa is slowly but surely getting back into training and getting ready at the same time. This year will be his first season as a professional bodybuilder and he knows it will be a big change. Standing on the boards among the pros when he has only been competing for a short time himself will be a big trial by fire, however, comparing himself to the best is a challenge for Pepa and that is why he is now motivated to be even better than before.

As you all know, he is a ward of Tomáš Bures and we are sure that with such an icon of the sport at his back, Pepa will not be a disgrace among the professionals! We also have information where he wants to compete, but we leave the announcement up to him, we can only assure you all that everyone's chin will drop. Where has he decided to go for his first professional race and what can you look forward to? We won't tell you yet, there's time for that so stay tuned because this year is going to be a big one with Pepa!

The form with which he won the pro card in London

"I've been inactive on Instagram for a while. Because of the extreme amount of work. The good news is that the work season is almost over. I'm slowly getting into the mode. Starting tomorrow, we'll rock again," he wrote to his fans on instagram.

There are about six months left until the spring races, so it depends on which one he decides to go to, but that should be enough time for Pepa to work hard and stand on the boards among the pros with great form. Let's see how his form builds this year, because last year was brutal. We are interested to see what they have planned with Tomas, because even with a weight of around 120kg Pepa was beautifully separated, his brutal chest and shoulders stood out, even his legs which he improved incredibly. And if they want to gain some more muscles now, they will have to keep the same quality as last time. Well, we'll see, anyway we know him personally and you won't meet a bigger hard worker somewhere, so we already know that Pepa won't disappoint and we'll keep our fingers crossed for the whole team!
