Josef Kveton's current form 11 days before Amateur International PRO Qualifier 2021
Although last year's season did not favour the promising young bodybuilder, Josef Květoň, it looked similar this year. At the end of March, Pepa was supposed to go to the competitions in England, but they were cancelled due to the worldwide pandemic COVID-19. Pepa didn't take it and decided to show his racing ambitions in Russia, where unfortunately he didn't get a visa and so it looked like we won't see Pepa on the boards this season. However, hope has been raised for 16.5.2021 when the Amateur International PRO Qualifier 2021 will be held in Warsaw, Poland. And that is where Pepa is now preparing his form.
Pepa's weight in his current hard diet is around 124kg, which he aims to reduce to 120kg. His current macros are 450-500g protein, 400g carbs and 50g fat.
If anyone thinks that Pepa is just a "pump", they are sorely mistaken. We filmed a backchestworkout with Pepa, from which it is obvious that Pepa is a huge hard worker, which is also known by his trainer, Czech bodybuilding legend Tomas Bures, who ordered the following workout for Pepa:
| Training | Partie |
| 1. | Breasts / Shoulders |
| 2. | Belly / Back / Butt |
| 3. | Hamstrings / Triceps / Biceps |
| 4. | Back / Chest |
| 5. | Calves / Thighs |
* Pepa has 7-8 days off depending on feeling
Josef Květoň 10 days until the competition
