"I'm already better off than I was last year," Ales Lamka showed his current form

Ales Lamka tried to get a professional card in the NPC federation during this season. Even though he participated in many competitions, he was not able to win a professional card, so he will have to try his efforts this coming season. You could see Ales during this year, for example, at the home and EVLS Prague Amateur 2022, which took place at the end of August. After that he tried his luck in Austria, where he got a better result than at EVLS, but it was not enough to move to pro. He evaluated his feelings after the competition in Austria as follows:

As I said, the form was as good as I could manage. Since Prague, I've pulled 3kg down in one week and weighed 85.2kg.
Realistically, the limit for my category is 86kg. I can pull myself up and push my limit to 89kg.

Goal for next year? Simple

a) To be 1.5kg leaner so that my guts shine through my butt, back and I'm in the best shape ever, no question.

b) To gain 5-7kg of muscle mass to have the most muscle I can have, in addition to being in the best shape.

c) I can't change my face and genetics, just enjoy it and give it my best shot. Looking forward to it!

At the same time, he wrote on his Instagram under one of his posts that he is wrapping up this year's NPC season and it's time for him to focus on his family and rest.

This year's first season in NPC is over. It's time to focus on family and relaxation.

In Austria I took 2nd place out of 12 and 14 guys in both the physique and classic physique categories. Unfortunately it was not enough by a bit despite my current best form. I'm absolutely happy with what I did, how I improved and slightly sad that it didn't work out.

But what, you'll fall? You'll get up! I will be back!
Next year I'll be bigger, in better shape, and there will be nothing to discuss.

Form is definitely not top form. It's a level where I can perform well and feel good. I'm already better than last year and this all together is the main thing!
