Honza Turek on volume training of shoulders and triceps with Nikol Fischer

Czech professional bodybuilder Honza Turek is indulging in quite a long volume preparation this year. He is going to enter the competition stage in October, when his first competition should be the Legion Sports Fest Pro 2023 in Reno, Nevada.

His next competition starts should be in November on the old continent, at the Romania Muscle Fest Pro 2023, followed by the EVLS Prague Pro 2023, where he wants to present himself again in front of his home fans.

Recently we brought you Honz's form, during which he praised his current weight of just under 130 kilograms, but complained about the flatness of his back. He also complimented himself that the change in leg training is starting to bear fruit, and this weakness is slowly but surely becoming a thing of the past.

Today, Honza prepared a video of his shoulder training, assisted by Nikol Fischer, a wellness competitor who is also scheduled to compete in the Legion Sports Fest Pro 2023 in Reno, NV in October.

At the end of the video, Honza, among other things, states:

Everyone around me was puking and shitting, and I successfully avoided it. It wasn't until they all got over it that I caught it. So I threw up and went to the toilet for three days and lost about 9 kilos. So now I'm back, after another fortnight.
