Honza Turek changes competition plans

Texas Pro 2022, Ronnie Coleman Classic 2022 and EVLS Prague Pro 2022. These are the competitions that Extrifit team member and IFBB Professional League Jim Manion's representative Jan Turek was planning to participate in this year.

A month ago, however, he was struck down by the flu, which caused him to lose six kilograms in weight. It took him a very long time to get back into a proper training routine.

He also managed to get married to the mother of his two sons.

Stress, trying to get back to volume as quickly as possible, and almost no recovery took their toll. Although the mind would keep going, the body said no, and Honza had to rethink his approach to training.

So now he will incorporate a month of "rest" phase training, where he will try to spare his nervous system and regenerate as much as possible. He would like to go to the "freezer" three times a week, and at least once a week for physiotherapy.

Then he will start preparing for the home professional show EVLS Prague Pro 2022! He just can't miss it!
Brazil and Spain should follow.
