Hafthor Bjornsson's current boxing diet

Tomorrow will be the long-awaited boxing match between two former strongmen Hafthor Björnsson vs. Eddie Hall. Although the preparation for the fight has been long for both strongmen, each has done everything in their way to give the other a good smashing and win the fight tomorrow. Björnsson even lost around 60kg to come into the fight lighter, faster and more dynamic.

But thanks to a hard and strict diet, Björnsson's physique has also changed, and it doesn't look much like the strongman's. Perhaps because of this, the former Inland strongman started to think about trying bodybuilding and presenting his physique on stage.
