"I try my best, I train my legs twice a week," Ronnie Coleman never stops working out!

One of the greatest legends of bodybuilding is undoubtedly Ronnie Coleman, who managed to win the Mr. Olympia contest eight times. Although Ronnie was able to reach the "bodybuilding peak" in his life, unfortunately his health did not fare well after his career ended and he is still dealing with the consequences, which were partly affected by training with brutal weights.

But despite the health problems that plague this veteran, Coleman has never said he regrets training with heavy weights. In his interview with Bradley Martyn, he listed three tips that will make you a good bodybuilder, and lifting heavy weights is just one of them.

"I used to do heavy things no matter what. I did something heavy every day. Like bench pressing, I always went to heavy weights. When I lifted weights, I always went up to 200lb."

Videos have been added to Ronnie's social media feeds of Coleman exercising his legs. Although he himself tells his fans that even though his legs are completely numb, he still tries to exercise.

I may have a little mobility issues, but I still train my legs twice a week every week. I miss doing squats more than any other exercise I've ever done. But at least I still have some leg strength left. I'm trying my best to strengthen my calves, even though both legs are totally numb. Sometimes it's not about how hard you try to do something, it's about how hard you want to do something."
