Bodybuilding veteran Robby Robinson shares his stack of anti-aging supplements! What does he take?
The most famous bodybuilder, who in the past belonged to the world's top and currently enjoys a vital retirement, is undoubtedly Arnold Schwarzenegger. Although he currently has to have a pacemaker after a recent heart surgery, he still exercises and makes various videos for the community. However, besides him, many other athletes have similar experiences, such as Robby Robinson, who was one of the world's elite in the 1970s and 1980s. And it is Robby who is currently sharing what anti-aging supplements he uses.
Robby's love of fitness and healthy living has not only brought him admirable form, but apparently longevity as well - he's currently 77 years old, and in a video recently posted on YouTube, he shares his entire routine, featuring supplements that help him stay fit.
While his entire supplement routine is based on glutamine, he also takes a variety of other supplements such as citrulline, creatine, glutathione, amino acids, and vitamins C and B. So in the very first drink of the day Robby drinks five scoops of glutamine, one scoop of creatine and one scoop of citrulline. As he puts it, glutamine helps him with post-workout recovery, creatine with building muscle and strength, and citrulline puts the veteran in touch with testosterone.
"I put a scoop of vitamin C and B vitamins in there. Sometimes I also go to the doctor and have the same supplements injected intravenously. All the same things like creatine, glutamine or amino acids, I get that in an IV solution."
Mentioned Robby.
He also acknowledges that glutathione also has a vital place in his supplementation, helping with recovery and as this veteran himself adds, he sleeps like a baby when taking it in the evening after. He also revealed that since the peak of his career, he has not allowed himself to use oxygen through a portable oxygen bottle. More about the individual ingredients
