Chris Bumstead eats around 3000 calories a day 5 weeks before Classic Physique Olympia

During the month of August, you learned from us that Chris Bumstead takes in a volume of "only" about 4,133calories, which is unimaginably low for someone. However, Chris explained that his metabolism has probably slowed down and so he doesn't need to take in unnecessary extra calories into his body.

I feel like my metabolism has slowed down. Maybe my body was gaining muscle mass more easily. I used to have to eat 5000-6000 calories to look like this. Thanks to 4100 calories, I'm gaining weight right now. I have nothing to complain about!

If my weight doesn't go up in two to three weeks, I'll add 500 calories. Personally, that's what I do. I give myself about two to three weeks. If I don't see any gain, I add some food. If I gain too much weight, I go back down.

A few days ago, a new video landed on YouTube in which the best competitor in the classic physique division, Chris Bumstead, shared his current diet, in which he takes about 3000 calories. It is so obvious that he is starting his diet for the Olympia, which will take place in just 5 weeks.
