Charles Glass showed bikini Lauralie Chapados how to exercise her legs

There are many legendary trainers in the fitness world who are sought after by athletes for their incredible knowledge that can take exercisers a step further on their journey. One such trainer is Charles Glass, who truly ranks among the best bodybuilding trainers.

Dozens of competitors have passed under Charles' hands, the most famous ones being Dexter Jackson and Flex Wheeler. From our Czech scene, for example, Kateřina Kyptová was under his guidance. But we must not forget Dwayne Johnson, who is not a competitor, but his figure would certainly not disappear on the stage.

Although all bodybuilding trainers have the same goal, they choose different paths to it. Charles' philosophy, which he followed, focused not on big muscle overload, but on real muscle growth, which is conditioned by tremendous concentration and mind connection with the muscle in question. Charles focused on exercising even the smallest of muscles. But these then fit like pieces into a mosaic that as a whole was grandiose.

Bikini Lauralie Chapados, who visited this legendary trainer at Gold's Gym in Venice Beach, California, is well aware of this.

Lauralie earned her pro card in 2016 at the IFBB World Qualifier, where she won outright. In recent years, she has competed at Olympia, the most prestigious bodybuilding competition in the world. In 2018 and 2021 she managed to take second place at this show! In 2024, she even dominated the Arnold Classic.

However, Chapados would love to win at Olympia and that's why she visited Charles. He put together a leg workout for her that went like this:
