Brutal ending series on the feet by Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson
As one of the busiest actors on the green screen, The Rock makes the most of his time by training, even on brutal days of filming. Judging by his recent squat variation workout, The Rock plans to look monstrous when Black Adam hits theaters in October.
In order to train hard, Dwayne needs a heavy dose of motivation, which in his case is based on a philosophy of life.
I'll share with you a little philosophy that has helped me achieve some success over the years.
When it comes to hard work and things that get me excited - years ago I stopped saying "I have to" and started saying "I can".
Big psychological shift in how you approach the daily shit we have to do.
- I "can" train hard and push myself to the breaking point.
Because when you "can" do the things you love - it's a privilege.
Try changing "I have to" to "I can" and start feeling gratitude and growth.
Dwayne also took to his social media to share that he returned to his gym after a week in which he had a great workload. However, being able to focus on training and concentrate was very challenging for this fighter. But as he wrote, he loves working out, which is evident in his endorphin-filled face. However, Johnson motivated people further and pointed out a quote from Theodore Roosevelt, who was the 26th president of the United States. He served in office from 1901-1909.
The quote in English reads, "When you're the one who's actually putting in the work. To remind you, that you're the one who's in the arena."
Loosely translated, "When you're the one who's putting in the work. Don't forget that you're the one who's in the game/the arena."

In a recent Instagram post, The Rock showed off a series of Pit Shark squats - a high-volume finishing series he uses with three types of load to failure.
For me, a great high-volume finishing series with all my crazy football and wrestling injuries.
