Bodybuilder Phil Heath - April's FST-7 style shoulder workout
Phil Heath is undoubtedly one of the best bodybuilders of all time!
After all, his seven triumphs at Mr. Olympia, the most prestigious bodybuilding competition in the world, speak for themselves!

Last year, Phil was going to break the record for the most Mr. Olympia titles held by Lee Haney and Ronnie Coleman, who as kings of professional bodybuilding have been off the podium eight times in a row.
However, as you know very well, Phil had to bow down to the qualities of his rival Shawn Rhoden, and settle for "only" second place.
Shortly after the competition, he had to undergo umbilical hernia surgery, a revision of a not-so-successful operation from 2017, and he himself spoke of this year's Mr. Olympia being taboo for him.
However, a few months have passed since then, and Phil is not currently ruling out his participation in Las Vegas.
In fact, earlier this month, he visited the German sports trade fair FIBO, where he confided to an interviewer that he is now getting back into the training process. His current weight is around 125 kg, and he would like to get to 130 kg. Only then will he address the question of his next possible competitive start.
Phil also had several training sessions in Germany, led by his coach Hany Rambod. One of them focused on the deltoid muscles, and we offer it below for you to watch.
As has been the custom for this pair for many years, the workout was in the style of theFST-7 training system, which was created by Hany.
