Weight loss and body weight
I see it over and over again. If fat loss is the main goal, the scale becomes the only tool for some to gauge progress. This is, of course, a mistake.
You have to love the weight loss process and not stress about body weight. Let's take a look at why your body weight is not the only measure in your quest to lose weight.
Body weight is literally the magnitude of your body's gravitational pull on the earth. No one sees this number and no one really cares. Neither should you. People around you see your actual body, which may look leaner and more muscular than your weight shows.

Celebrate any small improvement in your performance and appearance. Build on what you see in the mirror and trust that the right diet and training will allow you to have the body you want. The number on the scale will never make up for your efforts and don't stress yourself unnecessarily.
Aesthetically good looking bodies are often surprisingly heavier in weight because they also have muscle. The goal is not to look skinny, skinny or underweight. Therefore, your body weight is not an indicator of success, but the appearance of your body is. Because the number on the scale depends on a whole host of other things going on in the body and not just fat loss. Muscle cells, for example, can shrink and expand depending on glycogen depletion, the body can react to water or even constipation. Yes, even constipation will add some extra pounds. That's why don't hang your head if the scale doesn't show what you want.
Most people are too fixated on their results. And this fixation is usually increased by wanting to weigh less at all costs, even if the weight is temporary. The weight doesn't come off, you lose motivation. But if you train regularly and good food reasonably becomes habitual, progress will be much easier to gain and maintain, body weight stabilizes and there is no yo-yo effect.
Many people would be happy to lose 10 kilos and see the scale drop regularly. But some people, including me, would not be so happy.
Rather, I always try to keep the weight off as much as possible in my diet and, more importantly, question what is behind my weight loss. Is it glycogen, fat or water ? I hope it's not muscle !
CONCLUSION
Building muscle, as a result of proper nutrition and regular training, is the best thing you can do for your body. It will never be good if you keep the reason and goal the same and that is to achieve less weight. It is always good to lose fat but at the same time try to build muscle. Only then will the body look better.
People who fixate only on losing weight often lose weight without maintaining or building muscle, which will lower their metabolism and then gradually gain the weight back and end up with more body weight and less muscle mass. The body then doesn't look good but is soft and weak.
Be aware that weight depends on a whole host of other things going on in your body. Don't be discouraged if the scale doesn't tell you exactly what you want !!! Measure your parts and watch the mirror !
