Veterans Dexter Jackson and Johnnie Jackson before meeting at the 2020 Arnold Classic
As you know, for the last few weeks and days we have been following the preparations of those pros who are preparing for one of the upcoming competitions of this season's Jim Manion IFBB Professional League.
The first contest of this season is, as is tradition, the Arnold Classic. This year's 32nd edition of the competition, which is rightfully considered the second most prestigious competition in the bodybuilding world after Mr. Olympia, will take place on March 7.
Today we'll take a look at the training and form of some of the invited fighters.
Dexter Jackson
The most experienced fighter on the podium, and certainly one of the biggest favorites to win, is veteran Dexter Jackson, now 50 years old.
This record holder in the number of professional starts and the number of professional triumphs, of which he has 29 to date, including 5 from the Arnold Classic, is surely a scarecrow for many of the opponents who will face him in just a few weeks!
Check out the videos below that capture him in back and arm workouts.

Johnnie Jackson
The second experienced fighter on the stage will be forty-nine-year-old Johnnie Jackson, who returns to the competition stages after a three-year break!
The pro, who according to many possesses the absolute best upper body, has been training for many years in the company of Branch Warren, and the current training is no exception. As is their custom, they go beyond the limits of human comprehension, with iron grinding in all directions, and their cheers for each other echoing throughout the gym.
Below, we offer you their shoulder workout, with Joe Mackeye keeping them company, who is expected to enter the season at the New York Pro in May.

Akim Williams
One of the most massive fighters on the podium, after Mamdouh Elssbiay of course, will be Akim Williams.
He, like the above mentioned fighters, can train very hard. Today, however, he offers us his lighter back training. He trains this part twice a week, one of which is a hard workout consisting mainly of multi-joint exercises, the other is lighter, and consists more of isolated exercises. And it is during such a workout that the following video shows him.

Patrick Moore
One of the most active fighters in terms of providing material from his preparation for this prestigious event was the aesthetic Patrick Moore.
However, that ends today! The fighter, who was a very pleasant surprise at last year's Mr. Olympia, commented on the photos below:
"It has been a pleasure and an honour to share with you my first preparation for the Arnold Classic up to this point. But now it's time to indulge in some hard work and focus fully on these last few weeks. Thus, there will be no more pictures of my progress here.
This also allows me to bring a certain element of surprise to the stage."
