Last form check before Arnold South America 2023 | Josef Květoň | ROAD TO PRO DEBUT #5

It's the next part of the new series of videos with Josef Kveton, who made it to the pros last year. It's here folks, in just a few days Pepa will fly to Brazil for prestigious competitions, where he will compare himself with the pros for the first time! A few weeks ago Pepa was told by his coach Tomáš Bures that he should try one more competition before their planned debut at the New York PRO. And those races are Arnold South America 2023.

In this video you can see the last back and biceps workout before departure and form check. Pepa also tells you what health problems are holding him back a bit and how he's tackling that final preparation for his D-Day!
