Preparing for Arnold South America 2023 | Josef Květoň | ROAD TO PRO DEBUT #4

Here is the next part of a new series of videos with Josef Kveton, who turned pro last year. A lot has changed since the previous parts! Two weeks ago his coach Tomáš Bures told Pep that he should try one more race before their planned debut at the New York PRO. And those races are the Arnold South America 2023 in Brazil, where young Sergio Oliva, for example, is to compete. The previous episodes were mostly volume and training, but at your request we decided to do some of that chat video where Pepa breaks down his preparation and reveals his plans. We discuss his current diet, training, and how motivated he is to perform at these races. You can also listen to this episode as a podcast on Spotify!
