Chest training according to Flex Lewis

Even though seven-time Mr. Olympia winner in the 212lb Flex Lewis division has taken a break from racing, exercise is still on his daily agenda. Despite Lewis' racing hiatus, it's obvious that this fighter should be back on the boards in 2022, which would be really great! The fact that he's reunited with his former coach Neil Hill suggests as much.

Lewis won seven consecutive Olympia 212 titles from 2012-2018. The 2018 event was the last one he competed in before retiring due to personal issues and various injuries.

"I've had injury problems the last couple of years, but I've done everything I can to get back in the saddle. I've had ups and downs during that time, but I had to stay as mentally strong as I could to get back. I've been asked several times if I'm upset that I wasted so much time off stage. The answer is NO, I feel everything happens for a reason and my reason comes through. Again, I am looking forward to one of my biggest challenges. I told my coach that when we start this next chapter I need to enjoy it as much as I did in 2018." wrote Lewis recently on his social media

You can check out Lewis' chest workout below. The workout doesn't include many exercises, but plenty of reps for it. Flex worked out at his Dragon's Den gym along with Dom Cardone.
