Simple flaky muffins
Wondering what to make for a healthy treat to take in your snack box to work, or to go with your afternoon coffee? Then these protein muffins will be the recipe for you!

For 6 pieces you will need
- 70g of flakes
- 20g of chocolate protein (or your favourite flavour)
- 10g cocoa
- 10g coconut
- 1 egg
- 100 ml milk
- 100g berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, or a mixture)
- sweetener of your choice (stevia, some flavouring drops, honey, cane sugar)
Procedure
Place the oats, protein, coconut and cocoa in a bowl. Next, crack the egg, pour in the milk, mix thoroughly and let it sit for a while so that the flakes soak in and the mixture combines well. Then sweeten. We used Frankys Bakery's flavdrops (found in our shop), but the choice of sweetener is entirely up to you. Finally, add the fruit to the mixture. You can use fresh, but feel free to use some frozen. Stir the batter once more and start filling the moulds. At the end you can decorate with nuts, chocolate, coconut or put them in a preheated oven at 170°C for about 15 minutes.
