In terms of my needs, I end up with 2 lunches and 2 dinners (I put the meat with bread and vegetables) for just over a hundred crowns.
Any kind of meat can be cooked this way very easily. You can make the marinade from the spices you like. You can bake the meat, for example, on a vegetable mixture, on mushrooms, on peppers in a sweet and sour brine (I recommend this, don't baste with water, but with brine), on tomatoes, red peppers, etc. Don't be afraid to experiment and use your imagination and use the ingredients you have at home.
