Well, that's why we have a recipe for this delicacy made with only quality ingredients, so you can make a healthier mole cake yourself at home and enjoy it without any regrets. As a bonus, it's completely free of flour and unnecessary sugar.

Let's not dwell on the cake and get straight to the recipe!
What we will need
For the crust
- 4 eggs
- Chocolate pudding powder (40 g)
- 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
- 20 g cocoa powder
- 5g coconut oil
- 1/2 packet of baking powder
- a few drops of flavour drops (or any other sweetener you like)
For the filling
- 500 g soft cottage cheese
- 50g good quality chocolate
- 2 bananas
- flavordrops (other sweetener, honey)
Procedure
Mix all the ingredients for the crust and mix thoroughly. You can use a mixer. Pour the batter into a 20 cm diameter cake tin greased with coconut oil. Bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes. Leave to cool and hollow out the centre with a spoon. Be careful not to pierce the crust all the way through, leave higher edges around the edges. Fill the hollowed out shell with sliced banana.
Layer the prepared cream on top of the bananas. Finely crumble the leftover dough from the hollowing out and pour it over the cream to form a 'mole'. Let the cake cool in the fridge, ideally overnight, and it is ready to serve!
