Which carbohydrates to choose for breakfast? Have trends changed in the last 10 years? | Old but gold

Have trends changed over the last 10 years?

We've decided to search out some old treasures from our magazine and remind you of the information we've been passing on for many years in our new "Old but gold" series. Please be aware that these are very old videos and opinions that our writers previously held that may have changed since then. Yet you will see that much has not changed in diet and exercise and we are still here as a quality source of information for your improvement.

A little about us

Bodybuilding.com was founded on December 16, 2002 by Michal Kraml with the goal of creating the most widely read online media outlet for strength sports, bodybuilding, fitness and healthy living. It quickly gained popularity and in 2004 an online store with nutritional supplements, fitness equipment and weight machines was launched. During 22 years, the magazine and the eshop have undergone significant changes and has become one of the strongest players on the Czech and Slovak market in the field of sports nutrition, supplements and information about bodybuilding, fitness and crossfit. In 2017, it moved into its own expanded warehouse space, which allowed for improved availability and fast shipping of goods.

The magazine offers a wide range of articles on bodybuilding, crossfit, strongman and nutrition.
