SERIOUS PRE - no compromise

SERIOUS PRE by Prom-in needs no flashy hype and aggression. Just like a serious athlete doesn't need stimulants to be able to train. The uncompromising formula speaks for our product, just as the results speak for the serious athlete. We dare to say that you will not find a similar comprehensive supplement at this price! Compare the amount and doses of the active ingredients of any pre-workout supplement with ours, it will explain everything. Yes, you won't need anything extra before your workout because SERIOUS PRE has it all, and in the optimal dose. It thus represents its own category of pre-workout supplements at a top price.

SERIOUS PRE - transparent composition

We are happy to boast a well-thought-out composition, because the doses of all ingredients are set to the optimal amount even for professional athletes. For fitness athletes, half the dosage will be amply sufficient.

SERIOUS PRE - optimal amount

Many manufacturers offer similar active ingredients in their products, but often only in doses so-called for the label. This is the case for example with BCAA or the very effective Acetyl-L-Carnitine. These substances are among the most expensive in the composition, but by their content of so-called "to the eye" in an ineffective amount, they artificially give the impression of a quality supplement. This does not apply to SERIOUS PRE. Each dose offers a truly functional dose from each of the 14 ingredients. For the aforementioned, this means 6,000 mg of BCAA, or 500 mg of Acetyl-L-Carnitine (the maximum amount allowed).

SERIOUS PRE - synergy above all

We bring you a complete product containing optimal doses of all scientifically proven ingredients. You don't need to take anything else. We respect the mutual synergy of the individual ingredients, which is why caffeine, whose excess weakens some of the product's key properties, was omitted when the formula was formulated. We want to offer optimization, not over-stimulation.

SERIOUS PRE - 24.4 g per serving

Have you ever wondered if one small "miracle" scoop can be enough for optimal effectiveness of your workout? As you can probably guess, it can't. In fact, many manufacturers produce "kickers" that come out cheaper and not real pre-workout products. You can already "feel" the kicker in small doses, but that doesn't mean it will boost your results. Rather, it's often the opposite. Stimulants have a vasoconstrictive effect, or they will restrict the blood supply to the working muscles. You may be in a stimulant haze, but your workout is not more effective. Only the manufacturer's profit will increase, because the cost of producing such a preparation is significantly lower. Further, it is then to ponder, if you take, for example, 3 g of a given mixture, when we all know that the effective dose of, for example, citrulline is 6 g, does it make sense to buy something like that? Where are the beta alanine, creatine and other really functional ergo genes? If we put it all together, we get 24.4 g of real PRE-WOURKOUT mix in the form of SERIOUS PRE.

Facts or SERIOUS PRE in numbers

SERIOUS PRE stands on a solid foundation built on years of proven ingredients in maximum doses.

7000 mg of CITRULIN MALATE - this well-known substance is actually a mixture of the non-essential amino acid citrulline and malic acid. Citrulline Malate greatly aids energy production by increasing the amount of phosphocreatine and the production of adenosine triphosphate (ATP). Citrulline is also a known precursor to arginine, or its primary benefits include optimizing blood flow and thus optimal transport of nutrients to working muscles. It is Citrulline Malate that allows us to perform more reps and achieve optimal pumping.

3000 mg of BETA ALANINE - this is a non-essential amino acid naturally found in the spectrum of beta amino acids. How can this substance help us to perform better? During intense exercise, ATP is broken down, hydrogen ions build up in the body, muscles become more acidic, muscle soreness occurs and strength performance decreases. This is a normal reaction that every athlete knows. And this is where beta alanine comes in. To understand its role, we must briefly look at the substance carnosine, the synthesis of which Beta Alanine leads to. Carnosine affects our muscles and the ability to perform. It helps to stabilize the pH in the muscles and rapidly washes away hydrogen ions, which as we said, are produced during physical exercise. The body naturally balances its pH, but if it drops below a certain level, the body is no longer able to resist and the ability to perform deteriorates. It is this condition that Beta Alanine supplementation helps to prevent by converting it to carnosine. After Beta Alanine supplementation, the concentration of carnosine in the body increases rapidly. Research has shown that after 4 weeks of Beta Alanine supplementation, carnosine levels increased by 42-65%, and even 85% after 12 weeks. This then greatly affects physical performance, activating systems responsible for muscle growth, strength and endurance. This is why beta alanine forms another pillar of our product.

2000 mg of CREATINE HCL - why Creatine HCL? The main advantage that creatine HCL has is its excellent solubility and very good bioavailability. Furthermore, it is the absence of some of the side effects that more sensitive athletes can sometimes encounter when taking creatine monohydrate. These include bloating, cramping or frequent urination, which are caused by the sub-optimal solubility of creatine monohydrate in liquids and the consequent poorer absorption. As we know, creatine itself does not cause water retention, yet loading of the digestive tract in susceptible individuals may cause slight water retention in the subcutaneous spaces (under the skin). For this reason, creatine HCl is particularly suited to dietary regimens. It will provide the same benefits as taking creatine monohydrate and will not burden your digestion (in fact, it may even help your digestion). Plus, you can be completely at ease because it will cause absolutely no water retention in the subcutaneous space (under the skin).

1000 mg of BETAINE HCL - it is a methylated derivative of the amino acid glycine. The functions of this substance go far beyond the boundaries of sport. However, we are primarily interested in its role in the methylation process. It is a biochemical process that occurs in many bodily functions. Among them is the well-known proteosynthesis, essential for muscle building. In addition, betaine hydrates cells, reduces inflammation, ensures proper intestinal function and much more. It is also important to us that betaine reduces cysteine and homo cysteine levels. And as we know, high levels of homo cysteine induce insulin resistance and suppress protein synthesis, which can lead to an increase in fat reserves and a reduction in muscle mass.

6000 mg of BCAAs- The effect of a mixture of these three very specific essential amino acids is very well studied. BCAAs occupy a special role in metabolism as their metabolism is extrahepatic. They pass through the liver unchanged and are further transported to the relevant tissues, mainly skeletal muscle and brain tissue. About 70% of the amino acids that pass from the liver to the tissues are BCAAs. Of these, 65-70% of branched chain amino acids go to muscle tissue. BCAAs make up 35% of all essential amino acids in muscle fibres and are essential for muscle growth. In addition, they also serve as an important energy source for the muscles during physical exercise. Thus, during training, the muscles consume their own BCAAs and convert them into energy. If you take BCAAs before a workout, you will provide your body with the necessary energy source and protect your muscle mass from degradation.

Focus without stimulation - SERIOUS PRE

A unique product that supports your training with optimal focus on performance without over-stimulation, which can actually block your progress by overloading your endocrine system. Don't expect any kick! Optimally, you'll just feel a pleasant tickle and during your workout you'll find that you suddenly do more reps, can feel your muscles more and your mind stays clear. SERIOUS PRE is not a product for those who need to "kick" to be able to train. On the contrary, it's a product for athletes who love training because it pushes them further and they want to enjoy it with a clear mind.

For this purpose, we have chosen a combination of substances involved in the production of the neurotransmitters dopamine and acetylcholine. This is the proven combination of CHOLINE, TYROSINE and DMAE.

The highlight is the use of the maximum allowed amount of Acetyl L-Carnitine, which, like BCAA, is one of the best scientifically researched dietary supplements today.

The basic form, the amino acid L-carnitine, is part of energy metabolism, where it helps to increase the ability of the mitochondria to burn fat.

Unlike L-carnitine, Acetyl-L-carnitine offers other benefits besides the aforementioned increase in the mitochondria's fat-burning ability, which primarily include the stimulation of brain activity, particularly increasing concentration and attention. Therefore, Acetyl-L-Carnitine is an ideal supplement to support optimal mental focus for training. As a dietary supplement, however, it has many other positive effects that again go far beyond sport. Just to mention a few, increasing insulin sensitivity, improving dopamine receptor function in the brain, lowering blood pressure and much more.

The amino acid Taurine completes the whole mix of substances aimed at supporting brain activity during training. Taurine helps to optimize blood flow to the brain, tone the body, increase concentration, physical performance, reaction speed and prepare the body for increased stress with an overall sense of well-being. Taurine also protects the brain from the neurotoxic effects of other amino acids, thereby protecting nerve cells from damage.

SERIOUS PRE - final tuning

Finally, we added a few ingredients to complement and enhance the effect of the base ingredients. There is no need to mention the B-complex vitamins given that their role in metabolism is well known.

We will stop briefly at only two interesting ingredients.

10 mg of SYNEFRIN - many studies have demonstrated the function of synephrine in promoting fat burning. What interests us, however, is that the product enhances physical performance. By helping us to release fat from fat stores synephrine also ensures an increase in physical performance. Furthermore, it will improve blood circulation and promote the effect of the essential ingredients. Therefore, the product contains the maximum allowable dose of this interesting substance. The health benefits offered by synephrine again go beyond sports, it is mainly about supporting liver function and overall improvement of digestion.

20 mg of CAPSAICIN - a substance that will mainly support the absorption of the basic ingredients of the product. Still, it offers some benefits worth mentioning. Capsaicin will again support blood circulation and offer support for metabolic functions. Which, in combination with the other ingredients, you will definitely feel.

Without exaggeration, it can be said that SERIOUS PRE represents not only the ultimate pre-workout supplement, but also an effective support for the reduction of fat stores.

Try it and you will see that PRE-WORKOUT does not have to be a "kicker", but on the contrary a product that will perfectly increase the effectiveness of your workout.

Editor's words :

I was given one of this product to try so I could rate and recommend it to our customers from my own experience. I didn't really like it at first, but then I had it explained to me how the "premium" actually works and gave it a second chance. Now complete satisfaction! It's a blast to carry just one pixel in your bag, which you mix before your workout and take basically everything you need. If you haven't tried it yet I recommend buying at least a sample to test. And don't forget! Just mix it in a lot of water and sip it gradually otherwise you will get sick like I did before.
