Reviews BCAA Micro Instant Juice by Amix Nutrition
After a long time, I decided to offer you some reviews of the products you can find on our e-shop.
I've been thinking about this move for a while, but when I saw how many new products Amix Nutrition came up with, I decided to take the definitive step and start with the reviews almost immediately.
As I already mentioned, Amix Nutrition has offered a lot of new products, so we really have a lot to look forward to.
I personally was most excited about the new BCAA Micro Instant Juice, which I decided to try and review for you first.

So let's take a closer look at this hot new product.
Anyone who has been working out for a while knows that BCAAs, or branched chain amino acids, are one of the mainstays of sports nutrition. They are among those supplements that help in building new muscle mass and maintaining its existing amount during dieting and bulking processes.
However, they are also a very good source of energy during athletic performance, and last but not least, they prevent catabolism.
Today's market offers different ratios of L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine. Thus, you can see BCAAs with a ratio of 4:1:1, 6:1:1, but also 8 or even 10:1:1. Always in favour of L-Leucine. However, the most proven, and also confirmed by many studies, BCAA ratio is 2:1:1. Which is proven by this article of ours What is the best BCAA ratio?
This is exactly the ratio that our reviewed BCAA Micro Instant Juice offers.
As far as this product is concerned, the basic dose is 10 g, i.e. two scoops. The scoop can of course be found in the package. Unfortunately, as usual, you have to dig for it, which is not ideal. Here I would welcome if manufacturers would start attaching measuring cups to the lids of their products.
But back to the dose. It contains a very nice 7 g of BCAAs, i.e. 3.5 g of L-Leucine, 1.75 g of L-Valine and 1.75 g of L-Isoleucine. All these ingredients are then instantized for better solubility. Another ingredient here is Vitamin B6.
Uninteresting, but necessary, is the presence of acidity regulators (citric acid, malic acid, sodium citrate) thickeners (xanthan gum); flavourings, sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame-K); anti-caking agents, emulsifiers and also colours.
Ingredients:
instantized L-Leucine, instantized L-Isoleucine, instantized L-Valine, acidity regulators: citric acid, malic acid, sodium citrate; thickener: xanthan gum; flavour, sweeteners: sucralose, acesulfame-K; anti-caking agents: silica; emulsifier: soya lecithin; colouring agents: (pineapple flavour: curcumin, lemon-lime flavour: curcumin, fruit punch flavour: beetroot extract, orange flavour: curcumin and beetroot extract, green apple flavour: tartrazine and patent blue V; grapefruit lemonade flavour: beetroot extract and curcumin; cherry flavour: Beetroot extract; Watermelon flavour: chlorophyll; Raspberry lemonade flavour: Beetroot extract; Berry flavour: Beetroot extract); Pyridoxine HCl (vitamin B6)
First trouble
The first difficulty I had to contend with was right at the beginning, namely when opening the pixla. I don't know what it is, but the first time I tried to open it, I was defeated. The mica wrapper came off the lid easily, but the lid itself wouldn't budge. 1:0 for the pixla.
So I tried to go at the beast with even more vigor. What do you think? It was already 2-0 for the plastic thing.
That left one last option, to use the women's weapon. I pushed the pixie between my thighs, hugged her tightly with my arms, and grabbed the lid with both hands. I did get a couple of fucks, so to speak, but it worked. So the final score was 2-1 for the very determined thing.
When I tell you that almost the same scenario repeated itself twice more, you won't believe me, but it really is true! And fortunately I am not alone in this! My colleagues struggled with other pixels as well. But it was supposedly only a problem with the first vapors and nowadays everything is fine, so you always beat the pixels the first time.
Solubility

I was a bit worried about this part of the testing, as I had experience with the same company's BCAA Instantized product, which wasn't outright bad, but it wasn't who knows how rosy in terms of solubility, and there was a sort of gunk left on the surface even after thorough mixing. It was also very bitter.
Fortunately, my fears remained unfulfilled and the powder dissolved perfectly. A slight drawback may seem to be foaming, but this disappears after a while.
After drinking this cocktail, only a residual foam remains in the shaker, but no powder. So the BCAAs have really dissolved perfectly.
Flavors
As the above mentioned ingredients stated, we can purchase these BCAAs in the following ten flavors: Pineapple, Lemon-Lime, Fruit Punch, Orange, Green Apple, Grapefruit Lemonade, Cherry, Watermelon, Raspberry Lemonade, and Berry.
Aroma and taste:
What can I write about these flavours? It goes without saying that we are all different, so we have different tastes, and what tastes good to one person may not taste good to another, or even to a third, and vice versa. It is not for nothing that they say: 'a hundred people = a hundred tastes.
The following words will therefore be a reflection of my own feelings and tastes. I am not imposing them on anyone.
I would definitely start and praise the Raspberry Lemonade flavour. Upon opening the pixel, I was hit with the aroma of raspberry twist. When I then mixed the recommended dose in a pint of water and tasted it, I immediately thought I knew this flavor from somewhere, and very well. But it wasn't raspberry. However, I couldn't remember what it reminded me of. But then I noticed that a small amount of the powder stuck to the back of my hand as I scooped it out of the jar. I had originally just wanted to wash it off, but that would have been a great pity! Fortunately, I decided to take the second option, which was to lick it off. As soon as I did so, it was immediately clear to me what the flavour reminded me of, Vitacit!
Do you even remember Vitacit? If you're at least the same vintage as me, something around 1980 or older, you've probably had it more than once. And younger? If you haven't come across it, you've missed out on a lot!
Well, not really. We have this particular flavor that brought back memories of Vitacit.
So I immediately poured a small amount of these BCAAs into my palm, just like I used to do with Vitacit, and went back to my youth, licking my palm.
Of course this is not a guide to consuming BCAAs, they are primarily intended for the production of digestives. I just wanted to give you an idea that they really are delicious in this flavor. At least for me.
Another flavor that I would definitely rank at the very top is Green Apple. Upon opening it, I felt like I was in Globus in the Fruit-Vegetable section, standing at the counter with the Greens.
But that was just the beginning! If you like apple juice as much as I do, and I don't mean ciders specifically, you'll surely enjoy it too. It is a very pleasant and refreshing drink.
The Pineapple flavour is very interesting. It smells like pineapple, it tastes like pineapple, but it is not pineapple. What is it? Oh yeah, BCAA Micro Instant Juice in pineapple flavour. I don't think any more words are needed. I'm sure it will be very refreshing during physical activities.
Evergreen, which hopefully never gets old, are the Orange and Lemon-Lime flavours. If you don't want to experiment in any way, these flavours are the obvious choice.
Fruit-punch will also be a very popular flavour in my opinion, especially because of the mixing with CellZoom, which is also available in this flavour.
These two supplements make a very good and very effective pre-workout shake.
You can also make the same shake in the aforementioned Lemon-Lime flavour.
Another flavour is Watermelon. I was also pleasantly surprised by this one, even though it was a bit far from the taste of real watermelon in my opinion.
Next, you have the Cherry flavour. This one smells very nice, but is a little too sweet for me. But I believe it will find its customers.
I also really liked the Berries. This flavor is very close to syrup, or juice. It also smells very nice.
The last flavour is Grep. This one didn't appeal to me at all, but that's because I don't really like grapefruit. It's too bitter for me and I don't seek it out.
I mentioned in the introduction of this section that these are my personal feelings about the smells and tastes of the different flavors of these amino acids. You may have a different take on it, and that's about it. I believe that you too will find your favourite.
And if you are afraid to order half a kilo of these BCAAs, which you might not like, believe that soon you will find sample packs on our e-shop shop.bodyburistika.com, each of which will represent one dose, i.e. 10 g. You can then choose the flavours that appeal to you and then order a large, half-pound pack.
When to consume them?
I'm sure you've read many articles and watched countless videos that discuss the recommendations when it comes to consuming BCAAs.
You will generally learn that it is advisable to consume them especially around your workout, i.e. before, during and after.
I've been following the practice of taking BCAAs around 30 minutes before training together with a kicker, in this case the aforementioned CellZoom.
I then take another dose during the workout, when I dissolve two to three scoops in half to three-quarters of a litre of water. Not only does this refresh me and replenish the necessary fluids, but I also have an intake of amino acids and therefore energy throughout the workout.
So I don't feel the need to give BCAAs after my workout. I include other supplements at this time, namely hydrolyzed protein and micellar casein.
Whether you follow this approach or choose another is up to you. For myself, I can only say that once you taste these BCAAs, and like them, you won't want any others for a very long time!
