PURE BAR - a protein bar without compromise!

Protein bars are very popular thanks to the growing interest in fitness and healthy eating. Unfortunately, the term protein is not always synonymous with diet, much less healthy snacks. What should you look for so that you don't buy an attractively packaged bar that, despite the name protein, is no different from a commercial bar full of cheap, low-quality ingredients?

The fact is that advances not only in technology but also in nutritional knowledge have given rise to bars that can be considered functional and extremely high quality foods without exaggeration. And not only can they drive away sweet cravings, but thanks to the use of quality ingredients, they can become an aid in, for example, burning fat. Therefore, read and compare the ingredients carefully. So, first things first. What do we not want in a protein bar, and what should we require?

Protein or protein

Let's start with the basic ingredient of protein bars, i.e. protein. If you see hydrolyzed beef protein, calcium caseinate, soy protein isolates in the ingredients in the first place, beware. The addition of collagen may be beneficial, but it should definitely not make up more than 10% of the protein content. Unfortunately, a lot of manufacturers try to "push" the protein content with this ingredient. The situation is similar with soy protein. So the problem is not the use of these ingredients directly, but the problem is if they are dominant in the composition. What you should say a definite no to in your bar, however, is the caseinate content. You simply don't want a raw material in your bar that has been completely degraded by the use of lye, even though it has a high protein content.

Carbohydrates, hence sweeteners.

Carbohydrate content should not dominate the content of a protein bar. If we want to use a bar during the reduction period, we will look for one that has a minimum content of simple sugars. Indeed, thanks to advances in technology, it is now possible to absolutely minimize the carbohydrate content. This can be achieved by using special fibrous syrups that bind the bar together, flavour it and some even have specific health benefits. Avoid bars containing fructose syrup, even glucose syrup is not ideal in a protein bar. Be wary of polyalcohols too , as these can play havoc with intestinal wellbeing in sensitive individuals. A typical example is the sweetener maltitol, which is a sucrose substitute. Its sweetness is around 75-90% of the sweetness of sucrose, but it is calorie-free. Although this sweetener is considered safe, it causes bloating and indigestion in many people. Most sugar alcohols behave similarly.

Fats, or you really can't do without them, but!!!

Fat is necessary in a candy bar, mainly for technological reasons. But quality sources of fat are expensive. And this is where manufacturers try to save the most. That's why most bars contain palm fat and, more recently, rapeseed oil. From a health point of view, there is nothing wrong with rapeseed oil. Palm oil, on the other hand, is controversial enough, not only from a nutritional point of view, but also because of the environmental aspects. In any case, neither of the fats can be classified as premium or as having any major health benefits. In addition, they are taste neutral, which is why more flavourings have to be used subsequently . In contrast, only natural nuts can be used for flavouring in the production of a premium bar, but this logically increases production costs astronomically. And again we come to the basic recommendation - Read the label, a bar with a 10 line formulation is suspect in itself. But you already know what to look for.

Or don't read, and rely on us. Because we've created a bar for you without compromise and made it even better.

PURE BAR - OR A BAR FOR THE MOST DEMANDING

PURE BAR is uncompromising from the start. We have worked on the taste and improved the already great composition even more.

So what makes PURE BAR unique and even better?

Protein

In short - only the best - that's what our bars contain. PURE BAR contains a protein component that is made up of a combination of two high-quality protein sources, these are: a CFM whey protein with minimal fat and lactose content and the second component is micellar casein, which will support fat burning and ensure a long-lasting supply of amino acids. The proteins are not heated in any way during the production process and therefore retain all the bioactive fractions of the original raw material. Similarly, the bars do not undergo any heat treatment during production.

Carbohydrates

The bar contains only naturally occurring carbohydrates from nuts and trace amounts of carbohydrates accompanying from the protein source. The whole bar is glued together with an advanced type of PROMITOR fibrous syrup. This fibrous syrup can be considered a fat burner without exaggeration. Why? Primarily because of its ability to reduce the postprandial response after eating insulinogenic foods, thereby stabilizing blood glucose levels. And stable blood glucose levels are not only a prevention of civilization diseases, but also a prerequisite for successful weight loss. Improved digestion due to the prebiotic effect is just the icing on the cake. Don't look for any more carbohydrates or added sugar in the bar, it is after all designed for burning fat.

Fats

The basis of the fat component in the bar is almond butter, which we make ourselves from quality almonds. To soften the taste, virgin olive oil is used , which is known to have a positive effect on the intestinal microflora, and is a natural source of MCT fats providing quick energy.

And that's really all. PURE BAR is a bar based on 5 basic ingredients. No 10 line formula. Simply a choice, for those who want the best.

Plus, flavoring the bars is just the finishing touch to perfection. Two of the three variants of the bars are 100% CLEAN LABEL.100% chemical-free. They are flavored only with cocoa, peanuts, natural flavors, salt, and natural stevia plant extract. Only the pistachio bar for more contains sucralose, which is considered a perfectly safe sweetener, even for children and pregnant women.

PURE BAR bars are a convenient snack virtually all day long. They are a food that will provide you with quality nutrients and even help to reduce fat. Thanks to the 100% natural ingredients with no unwanted chemicals, you don't have to worry about giving them to your children either. Plain and simple, PURE BAR is a bar without compromise. What's more, they are free of toppings and have a great taste.
