Ingredients:
[12 biscuits]
- 150 g oatmeal
- 1 large banana
- 30 g banana or vanilla protein
- 50 g broken dark chocolate or chocolate chips
- 60 g peanut butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp chicory syrup

Procedure:
Mash the banana with a fork. Place the oats, protein, chicory syrup and banana in a bowl. Add the egg and mix thoroughly. Next, add the peanut butter to the batter - it's preferable that it's not from the fridge and has a nice runny consistency. Finally, lightly stir in the chopped dark chocolate or dark chocolate chips. Stir lightly. Line a baking tray with baking paper and use your wet hands to form the cookies - we got 12 lovely cookies out of this amount, but of course it depends on how big you want to make your cookies. Place the baking sheet in a toaster oven preheated to 170°C and bake for about 12 - 15 minutes. Let cool after baking and serve!

See? No big deal! A few ingredients that every fitness enthusiast is sure to have at home, one bowl, a maximum of half an hour of work including baking and the perfect, most fragrant and nutritionally balanced cookies are in the world!
