Breakfast as the basis for success

Mornings can be very difficult for everyone, but having a good breakfast is very important, whether it's volume or diet. Whether you exercise in the morning, afternoon or evening, preparing your body and mind properly upon waking will lead to much better productivity both at work and in the gym.

The first thing to do is to drink water and replenish fluids. Hydration is the key to brain and body function. We can do a little warm-up, maybe a few squats, push-ups, lunges or lunges, but few will be able to.
Then it's breakfast time, which is very important for burning fat, building muscle mass, simply everyone should eat breakfast if they want results !

So within 30min after waking up you need to supplement at least 20-30g of protein, complex carbohydrates (the amount according to your goal and total calorie intake) and don't forget about healthy fats.

Suitable protein for breakfast

Eggs, whey protein, chicken breast ham 90%.

Suitable carbohydrates

Oatmeal, piece of fruit, rice, whole wheat pasta, whole wheat bread (rye).

Suitable fats

nuts, flaxseed, avocado.

It is also good to drink a cup of coffee or green tea for breakfast.
