Frank Zane shows Mike O'Hearn his favourite drill from the golden era

One of the most famous bodybuilders in the world, Frank Zane, who is one of the best bodybuilders in history and is even inducted into the IFBB Hall of Fame, will turn 80 this year. Frank has won the Mr. Olympia title 3 times (1977 to 1979) and back then his physique was one of the most aesthetically pleasing to be found on the stage. Frank was born during World War II in Pennsylvania on June 28, 1942 and was introduced to exercise in his teens after reading a weightlifting magazine. From that moment on, exercise became his love for life.

During his storied career, Zane even managed to beat Arnold Schwarzenegger at the 1968 Mr. Universe in Miami, making him one of only three competitors to beat Arnold.

Frank was also friends with the very famous Mike O'Hearn, who is also a legend of the fitness scene. Zane explained to Mike his training tip for the one-arm pullover. Frank himself outlined that the pullover is a great exercise that is not practiced very often nowadays. Even though O'Hearn is over 50 years old, his physique is really in brutal shape! However, judge for yourself in the video below.
