Branch Warren - HARDCORE foot training and conditioning

American professional bodybuilder Branch Warren has always been one of those fighters who advocated very hard training, in his case often to the limit of human capabilities. It is no wonder that his workouts were labeled with the very telling word "HARDCORE"!

Branch never possessed who knows how symmetrical a physique, but he made up for it all with his excellent final preparation, where his muscles were hard as a rock, as full as Roman Kreuziger's galuska, and their veining resembled sple't rivers in the Amazon rainforest.

These attributes have helped him win several competitions, including the highly prestigious Arnold Classic in 2011 and 2012. The highlight for him, however, will surely remain the second place from the most prestigious competition in the world, Mr. Olympia, which he managed to win in 2009.

The Texan last donned a competition swimsuit at the beginning of last season, when he finished fifth at the Arnold Classic. Since then, he's only shown up for an exhibition here and there.

But that doesn't change the fact that he is still training, and training hard! The proof is in the video below. In it, Branch gave himself a workout with GASP stablemate Tony Sentmanat as they worked out their legs.

Their workout consisted not only of exercises inside the world-famous Metroflex Gym, Branch's home gym, but also outdoors, incorporating exercises more familiar to strongmen and Crossfit enthusiasts, such as the farmer's walk, sled pull, and tire stick punches
